Faith-Centered
Biblical truth is woven naturally into the message in a way that feels encouraging, relevant, and applicable to everyday life.
Meet Angie
I believe every woman carries a God-given purpose.
But I also know how easy it is to lose sight of that purpose when life becomes busy, painful, uncertain, or overwhelming.

Many women spend years caring for their families, serving their churches, supporting the people around them, and meeting everyone else's needs. Somewhere along the way, they begin to feel tired, disconnected, or unsure of who they are outside of everything they do for others.
Through speaking, coaching, ministry, and transformational programs, I help women reconnect with their faith, care for their whole selves, and move forward with greater courage, confidence, and freedom.
My Mission
My mission is to remind women that they have not been forgotten.

My Story
My journey has not been about having everything figured out. It has been about learning to trust God through every season.
There have been moments when the path felt clear and moments when I had to keep walking without knowing exactly where God was leading me.
Faith is not about pretending life is easy. Faith is choosing to believe that God is still working, even when the story feels unfinished.
It is trusting that He can use every experience—the beautiful moments, the difficult seasons, the setbacks, the questions, and the new beginnings—to shape us into the women He created us to be.
Over time, God began placing a deeper desire in my heart to encourage other women. I wanted women to know they were not alone. I wanted them to understand that they did not have to hide their struggles, carry everything by themselves, or wait until they felt perfect before stepping into their purpose.
That desire became a calling. Today, I use my voice, experience, faith, and training to create spaces where women feel safe enough to be honest, encouraged enough to believe again, and empowered enough to take their next step.
My Faith and Ministry Calling
Faith is at the heart of everything I do. I believe God meets women in real life—not only in the moments when they feel strong, but also in the moments when they feel exhausted, disappointed, uncertain, or afraid.
My ministry is centered on helping women recognize God's presence in the middle of their everyday lives. Through biblical truth, personal stories, practical teaching, and honest conversations, I encourage women to:
I do not want women to leave an event simply feeling inspired for a few hours. I want them to leave feeling understood, spiritually strengthened, and equipped with practical steps they can carry into their homes, churches, relationships, and communities.

My Health Transformation Journey
Like many women, I came to understand that health is about much more than a number on a scale. It is connected to how we think, how we rest, how we manage stress, how we nourish ourselves, how we speak to ourselves, and how we respond to the demands of daily life.
Many women have been taught to approach health through restriction, punishment, guilt, and unrealistic expectations. They start over again and again, believing they simply need more discipline.
But lasting change rarely begins with shame. It begins with awareness, grace, support, and a willingness to care for yourself differently.
My own health journey helped me see how deeply physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being are connected.
It means you are learning to honor the life and body God has given you. That understanding now shapes the way I coach and teach. I help women move away from extreme approaches and toward realistic habits that support their energy, confidence, health, and long-term well-being.
My Coaching Journey
I have always been drawn to the moments when a woman begins to see herself differently. Sometimes she already knows what she needs to do, but she feels overwhelmed. Sometimes she has tried to change many times and no longer trusts herself. Sometimes she is so used to caring for everyone else that she has forgotten how to identify what she needs.
Coaching creates a space for her to slow down, tell the truth about where she is, and discover a clear way forward. My approach is supportive, practical, faith-centered, and free from judgment.
I do not believe in handing every woman the same plan. Each woman has her own story, responsibilities, challenges, personality, season of life, and goals. That is why I help women create realistic strategies that work within their actual lives.
Through life coaching and health coaching, I support women as they work to:
The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress, growth, and becoming more fully the woman God created you to be.

The Heart Behind Fierce & Free
Fierce & Free was created for women who are tired of constantly starting over. It is for the woman who knows she is capable of more but feels disconnected from her confidence, energy, health, or sense of purpose.
Being fierce does not mean never feeling afraid. It means choosing courage even when fear is present.
Being free does not mean having a perfect life. It means no longer allowing shame, comparison, unhealthy patterns, or other people's expectations to control the way you live.
Fierce & Free brings together faith, health, mindset, accountability, and practical action. It gives women a supportive environment where they can grow stronger without being shamed, pressured, or expected to change everything overnight.
I want every woman who enters this program to feel seen, encouraged, and capable. Most importantly, I want her to recognize that transformation does not require becoming someone else. It begins by returning to the woman God created her to be.
My Speaking Journey
Speaking gives me the opportunity to connect with women in a powerful and personal way. Whether I am speaking at a women's conference, church gathering, retreat, girls' night out, leadership event, mother-daughter event, podcast, or radio program, my goal is always the same:
To help women feel seen, encouraged, and ready to move forward.
I speak honestly about the challenges women face. I talk about faith, identity, health, confidence, purpose, fear, comparison, change, and the courage required to begin again.
My speaking style is warm, relatable, practical, and rooted in biblical truth. I believe laughter can open the heart. I believe vulnerability helps women realize they are not alone. I believe Scripture gives us a foundation that does not change when life becomes uncertain. And I believe every message should give women something meaningful they can apply after the event is over.
I am especially passionate about partnering with:
Each message can be adapted to fit the theme, audience, and goals of the event.

What You Can Expect From Angie
When I speak or coach, I want women to experience more than information. I want them to experience connection. You can expect a message that is:
Biblical truth is woven naturally into the message in a way that feels encouraging, relevant, and applicable to everyday life.
I speak to women as real people living real lives—not as people who need to appear perfect.
Even when addressing difficult subjects, I help women see that change, healing, growth, and new beginnings are possible.
Women leave with clear ideas and simple steps they can begin using immediately.
There is no shame-based motivation, harsh judgment, or pressure to pretend.
Every message is designed to help women reconnect with who God created them to be and how He may be calling them to move forward.
More Than a Message
I am building more than a speaking platform. I am building a ministry where women can continue receiving support after the event ends.
Through speaking, life coaching, Fierce & Free, Freedom School, health coaching, Bible-centered resources, and future programs, my vision is to create multiple ways for women to grow.
Some women may first connect with me at a conference. Others may discover a free resource online. Some may join a coaching program, attend a retreat, listen to an interview, or participate in a Bible study.
However they arrive, I want them to find the same message:

A Personal Note From Angie
Maybe you are in a season where you feel strong and ready for what comes next. Or maybe you feel tired, uncertain, and unsure of where to begin.
Wherever you are, I want you to know that you do not have to take every step today. You only need to take the next one.
God often works through small acts of courage.
You do not need to become perfect before God can use you. You do not need to hide the difficult parts of your story. And you do not need to walk into your next season alone.
I would be honored to encourage you, support you, or serve the women in your church or community.
With faith and encouragement,
Angie Rose
